HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR A LASER VEIN TREATMENT?
Your treatment provider will give you specific instructions to follow before your treatment. It is generally recommended that patients use sunscreen daily and limit sun exposure for a few weeks before and after treatment.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE TREATMENT?
Most patients find the laser treatment to be very comfortable. Typically, anesthesia is not required although topical anesthetic is an option for sensitive areas.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER THE TREATMENT?
Your provider will give you specific post-treatment instructions. While your skin may be slightly red immediately after the procedure, this should resolve within a few hours. You can resume your normal activities immediately following the treatment.
